Beginners really are welcome. You will not be thrown into anything you are not ready for. Classes start with movement basics, technique, rhythm, and partner drills.

Welcome & Culture
A quick introduction to Capoeira as an Afro-Brazilian art form built around movement, music, rhythm, and community.

Movement Basics
Beginner-friendly movement, kicks, escapes, and coordination drills that work for the group's age and ability level.

Music & Instruments
Students experience the berimbau, atabaque, pandeiro, clapping, singing, and rhythm that make Capoeira different from a normal fitness class.

Safe, guided partner exercises that build timing, confidence, awareness, and connection without feeling like a fight.

How long is a workshop?+
Anywhere from a 30-minute cultural demo to a full-day intensive. We tailor the run-time to your event and your group size.
What do participants actually do?+
Learn the basic ginga (movement), a few kicks and escapes, sing a Capoeira song, try the instruments, and - if the group is ready - play in a beginner roda. It's kinesthetic, musical, and unforgettable.
Do you travel to the venue?+
Yes. We come to you anywhere in Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Southwest Las Vegas, and surrounding areas.
